Tomorrow's Star Tribune carries Bob von Sternberg's story on the role of the blogosphere in creating Hurricane Dan: "From geek to chic: Blogs gain influence." Unlike the editorial side of the Star Tribune, the news side has some first-rate writers. Von Sternberg's story is among the better journalistic takes on the interaction of blogs with mainstream news coverage.
