Daschle and Thune on Meet the Press

Jon Lauck's Daschle v. Thune has the latest on the candidates' joint appearance on Meet the Press this morning. Did Daschle have an Ed Muskie moment?

Go to Thune's website and contribute freely.

Also, on Thursday Thune released his tax returns and challenged Daschle to do the same. Good move: Daschle can't make his tax returns public, because doing so would reveal that his wife has made a fortune by trading on the fact that she is married to the former Majority Leader. Which is a simple, straightforward form of corruption, I think.
