Daschle's desperation

Readers Chris Hill, Chris Riley and others have alerted us to this Sioux Falls Argus Leader story on Tom Daschle's federal lawsuit seeking the exclusion of Republican poll watchers from polling places throughout the state tomorrow: "Daschle sues Thune in federal court." The hearing is before Daschle's friend, Judge Lawrence Piersol, whom Daschle placed on the bench, and was scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. (Central) this evening. Keep up with developments via Daschle v. Thune.
