Lucianne has posted "Reuters explains photo of Bush bathroom note." But the explanation doesn't seem to extend to the question raised at Newsbusters by Matthew Sheffield: "Did Reuters mislead about 'bathroom' note?" (I should add that the updates on Sheffield's post suggest that the president wrote the note.)
