Matthew Franck at NRO's Bench Memos takes down Dana Milbank in connection with the Post-man's critque of a speech by John Yoo. Franck is correct that Milbank displays a "determination to remain ignorant about the subject under discussion, while pronouncing confidently on it." But I'm just grateful that Milbank now does so in an appropriate context -- essentially a dead-tree liberal blog -- instead of in front-page news story.
