Earlier this week Secretary Rumsfeld appeared on Scott Hennen's "Hot Talk" show on Fargo's WDAY. Scott has posted the transcript here. In the interview Secretary Rumsfeld took issue with Secretary Rice's remarks in Great Britain this past weekend, a disagreement duly noted in the Washington Post's "Rumsfeld challenges Rice on 'tactical errors.'"
