On December 5, the Federalist Society sponsored a conversation on the Constitution between Justices Antonin Scalia and Stephen Breyer. The Society has now made the video of the event available; you can see it on Power Line Video or at the Federalist Society's site. The event lasted around an hour and a half, and is well worth watching. It is an unusual opportunity to see the principles of Constitutional and statutory interpretation debated by two very smart men, the leaders of their respective camps. I made a four-minute excerpt, to convey a sense of how interesting the conversation is.
