Military Equivalence at the Times

Conservatives have long been outraged by moral equivalence at the New York Times. Today the notorious R. W. (“Johnny”) Apple Jr. indulges in “military equivalence:” “For All Sides, War Evolved Not Quite According to Plan”.
I think it’s safe to say that the way the war unfolded was quite a bit closer to our plan than Saddam’s.
