Bombings Across Bangladesh

Dozens of bombs went off across Bangladesh almost simultaneously yesterday, killing at least one person and wounding more than forty. The bombs apparently were the work of a banned Islamic group; leaflets were found at the sites of some of the bombings that urged imposition of Sharia.
No word yet on any connection to Iraq.
