Time For A Cold One
We've had a scorching weekend here in Minnesota, with temperatures in the 90s. So cold beer is on my mind; if your thoughts are drifting in the same direction, check out Blog of the Week Fraters Libertas's beer ratings. They rate hundreds of beers on a scale of -11 to 19. (I think they started out at 0 to 19, but sampled some worse beers after assigning a zero or two.) The Fraters guys are nothing if not opinionated, and you may agree or disagree with their rankings. But I can attest that they are the product of much experience and assiduous dedication to the art of beer drinking.
One thing about ranking beers--at least you don't have people writing in to ask what happened to Atlas Shrugged!
