Bilbray Leads in Early Returns
You can follow the results of the special election in California's 50th District on the San Diego Union Tribune's site. Currently, with 11% of the vote tabulated, Republican Brian Bilbray leads Democrat Francine Busby, 54% to 46%. That's good, obviously, but I have no idea what precincts are counted first or how meaningful the early returns are.
