Could be. But at least he didn't spring him from prison. By the way, speaking of "explicit"--I didn't link to it, but the transcript of Reynolds talking to a 16 year old girl has to be seen to be believed. But that was different, of course.

UPDATE: I haven't followed this story closely, but Hugh Hewitt's interview of Dennis Hastert is the most coherent account of the facts I've seen so far.
